Course Description: This is a course primarily designed for majors in Industrial Engineering; however it is appropriate for anyone who plans to work in an organization. This course will provide students with an understanding of how individuals relate in the workplace, and how groups and organizational structures affect individual behavior. It deals with individual and group behavior, perception, motivation, communication, leadership, organization culture and change management. This is an elective course in the BSIE curriculum.
