The basic principles and several applications of fluid mechanics are covered in weekly laboratory
sessions. Experiments on hydrostatics, hydrodynamics, turbomachinery and measurement devices are
carried out. The laboratory also includes observations and simulation of fluids phenomena, data analysis
and interpretation of measurements of fluids properties and experience with report preparation and
presentation of results.
