IⱭDEAS is
a research group created by Dr.
Lourdes A. Medina. The objective is to
innovate the development process of products and systems with recent
contributions in two domains: medical devices (products) and process automation
(systems). Medical device development (MDD) is complex, with impact on
different stakeholders and covering a wide range of technological complexities,
intended uses and context of uses.
